The Leo P. LaChance Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing offers the most current therapies and treatments as part of its overall rehabilitation services. Comprehensive services include Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy and Speech Therapy.
The LaChance Center's goal is to maximize Independence and prepare
clients to return to the level of activity and fitness prior to injury. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and includes, but is not limited to, a portable therapy cart and a portable whirlpool for when patients cannot leave their rooms, and a functional rehabilitative kitchen.
