Perfect Score on 1999 Survey The Department of Public Health visited the LaChance Center the week of November 8-11 to conduct its annual survey. This survey rates the quality of life of our patients and residents, the quality of care they receive and the physical environment of our facility. We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded a deficiency free survey. New Telephone System We are also pleased to let you know that we have recently upgraded our telephone system. We have implemented this new system to enable us to better meet your needs. Our main number remains the same; but now each department, nursing station and manager can be reached through a direct dial number. In addition we will be able to offer telephone services to every patient and resident in our facility, upon admission. We are sure that this new system will be of benefit to you and all of our customers. We look forward to hearing from you. |
