The Leo P. LaChance Center recognizes that its employees are the reason for the Center's success. It is often brought to our attention that many employees go above and beyond in their day to day routines at work. We want you to know that we recognize and appreciate such efforts and because of this we will be implementing the "I make a difference" program.
This is a program that will enable anyone including staff members, department heads, supervisors, patients, residents, family members and outside affiliated personnel to nominate a member of the staff for this award. Selected nominees will be awarded with an "I make a difference" pin and 1 day of CTO time. (Pro-rated based on hours worked)
Nominations can be made by filling out an "I make a difference" form available throughout the facility, or by simply making your nomination known to an immediate supervisor or department head. We hope to see many nominations. We want to know about and recognize all the exceptional things that we know each one of you do in providing the best for the patients and residents of our facility.
